The Meet And Greet..

     A good friend of mine, Dick Hardy (always thought that would make a good porn star moniker) was helping me at work for the last few days. We were talking about the old times when he was a rep for Sony music and got free passes to all of their acts that came to town. As part of his job he'd have to do a "meet and greet" after the show and I'd tag along. He emailed these shots of my close personal friends..

    Pete Yorn (second from the left)..

    Pete (as I like to call him) was promoting his new album at the time, Songs For The Morning After--a classic. That's Richard below me on the right and those are some other friends. I look like I could use just one more drink..

     And Ben Folds (left)..

     Ben folds was actually a great show (at he Commodore) because I had only ever heard the one song he had previously on the radio and completely won me over with his new album at the time, Ben Folds, Rockin' the Suburbs.
