To All The Girls I've Loved Before...

...well not really but they were my childhood and adolescent crushes...

I thought Joey Heatherington was unbelievable and she seemed to be on every talk show...

I remember seeing Doctor Zhivago when I was a kid and was absolutely awestruck at the beauty of Julie Christie...

     Goldie Hawn...

I don't know who this woman is but I was forever changed by this album cover when I saw it in Woolworths. I felt that same tingling in my loins when I was at the circus watching the trapeze artists...

Which just reminded me of Gina Lollobrigida...

Catherine Deneuve...this shot is from the Roman Polanski directed Repulsion-- scared the crap out of me but her presence was "soothing"...

Linda Ronstadt had an album called Simple Dreams--and then some...

Matinees spent with Jill St. John... oh yeah and Bond, James Bond...

Britt Ecklund...Rod Stewart must still be paying for this one...

Suzi Quatro before all that nonsense on Happy Days...

Nancy Sinatra...those boots looked like they were made for more than walkin' but what did I know? I was a kid...

        Ann Margaret--no comment necessary...

     Natalie Wood...

Jessi Colter... you sure aren't Lisa...

Laurie Prince and Cindy Ciarnello. I loved these two through all of elementary school and don't think I talked to either of them once--way to go Charlie Brown...

And I have no idea who this is but in my search for photos I came across this one (no pun intended)...

I LOVE that Jessi Colter piece. You may know she is originally from Phoenix, and is friends with some of the Herndon Brothers...the band that plays at our favorite hangout in Scottsdale, HandlebarJ, owned by Gwen Herndon...yup their mother. It's a family joint and they like us a lot, cause we've been going there forever, and we spend lots. I even get to sing with the band. (on quiet nights)

Go to their website...http://www.handlebarj.com/photos2.php, and check the pictures of Jessi and Hank Jr doing the same. Doug and I stumbled in that night, and even though she's 60, she's still gorgeous. By the way....I did not know she was married to Duane Eddy before Waylon.
