eke! the water looks so low! it reminds me of the water shortage in california. not good!
When were you ther? Cuz I saw a guy that looked like you on the Bridge on Saturday around 2:30. I was on my motorbike heading back to Vancouver after an afternoon shopping at Park Royal.
It was just really low tide, there's normally water right up to the seawall...That was Sunday.
