Haha.. Apparently they can wash up on the shore from just about anywhere but they all seem to be in running shoes. If there's something eating the bodies maybe it just can't chew through the shoe.
We have plenty of crack and heroin addicts downtown here... maybe they're selling their foot for crack. Some guy is seeing how far people will go for a fix.
I gave up running a while ago and I keep my walking to daylight. DJ
